When I met Cameron we hit it off like macaroni and cheese. Now we’re practically inseparable but I’ve been hiding the fact that I’m in love with him. Truly, madly, deeply. He finally figured it out and everything changed between us forever. That’s not my biggest problem though. You see, Cameron just landed the role of a lifetime and, despite how he feels about me, I’m worried I’m about to play second fiddle to the bright lights and temptations of Hollywood.
I think I’ve loved Sarah since the first moment I laid eyes on her. It goes without saying she’s funny, smart, and has curves for days, but it’s more than that. She’s my light in this cynical, messed up world called Hollywood. I’d do anything to be with her, but I keep screwing up what should be easy. Now the studio is pressuring me to date my new co-star to drum up interest in the movie and all I can think is maybe Sarah and I weren’t meant to be.
Lucky Star is a story about friendship, love, and surviving Hollywood with your heart intact. If you love reading about a sassy, fierce, independent heroine and a hero who isn’t afraid to wear his heart on their sleeve, this book is for you.
** Author’s Note: This book is an expansion of the Her Confessional novella series. This full length, standalone novel includes previously unreleased chapters and has been broadened to include Cameron’s point of view.

How does a mother choose between her only two children?
Twelve-year-old Andrew Preston was highly intelligent and extremely cunning; typical or any other sociopath such as himself. While he loved to see how much he could get away with without being caught, he took his greatest pleasure in harming his autistic little sister, Megan. The Children’s mother, Kate Rose, always went to great lengths to protect her kids, but things changed after Andrew confesses to the crime against his sister. Now she must try to figure out how to protect them both from the different sides of the courtroom. Suddenly plunged into a twisted justice system as the criminal case unfolds, Kate must choose between her daughter’s safety and the law.
The Sex Scene (Or How Much Harder Can it Get?) – A Short Story Theresa sat down at her computer with a purposeful air. She set down her piping hot Earl Grey tea and pulled up her manuscript. Skimming last night’s work made her smile. The relationship developing between Jack and Sarah was everything she had seen in her head. Now, if she could get the chemistry just right. “I’ve waited too long,” he murmured as his lips grazed her neck. “We’ve waited long enough,” she whispered, pressing herself to him. He ran his hands through her long, loose locks, pushing her red hair back from her face. Theresa stopped and frowned. Hmmm, all her readers knew about Jack’s characteristic spy watch. Wouldn’t that catch in Sarah’s hair? Should she have him take it off? Maybe she was over thinking this. Just leave it for now, you can edit later. His hands pulled her closer as he tilted her face to his, caressing her cheek and their lips touched at last. Their kiss deepened and one hand traced the curve of he…
